UCAR Membership Forms

For New Agents

Congratulations on getting your license and welcome to the Utah County Association of REALTORS® (UCAR)! Members of UCAR enjoy many benefits such as free education classes, discounts at the board store, the ability to lease a Risco ReaderKey, and more!

To join UCAR you will pay an application fee along with local, state, and national dues; all of which are prorated according to the time you join. When joining in October, November, or December, the amount includes the dues for the next year. Dues are non-refundable.

To join the board, we will need the following fillable form PDF application from you. All digital signatures and information on application are subject to verification:

Transfer Boards/Brokers

1. If you would like to transfer brokerages, we will need the following document signed by your old broker and new broker. If you are transferring boards, please mark "Transfer" on it.

• UCAR Membership Form
  If you are coming from another board, you should call them and request a dues waver for the Utah and/or National dues you have paid at their board to avoid repeat payment at the Utah County Board.

2. To transfer brokerages at the WFRMLS, please contact them or log onto their website www.wfrmls.com to complete the transfer.

3. To transfer with the Division of Real Estate, please follow the link below.

Supra ActiveKey Transfers
Your Supra Key must be issued from the board in which you are a primary member. If you plan to transfer to a different board, you will need to return your key to your previous board before you join UCAR and are issued a new key.

Supra Lock Boxes
Lock boxes can be transferred to our board. You are welcome to buy lock boxes from other agents at your price. Bring a bill of sale with you to the UCAR office, and we will transfer the box into your name. The UCAR office will buy used boxes for $60 and sell them for $70.

To Terminate or Go Inactive

We will miss you, but before you go we need the following form so that we will stop billing you

• UCAR Membership Form --make sure to have it signed by your broker

Terminate Supra ActiveKey

Keys must be received within 30 days of terminating your membership with UCAR.

Terminate Supra Lock Boxes

If you would like to sell your boxes, you may transfer your boxes to another board with you, sell them to another agent or sell them to UCAR for $49.
