Congratulations for getting your license and welcome to UCAR! To join UCAR, you will pay a prorated application, local, national and state amount. The following chart illistrates the fee schedule. When joining in Oct/November/December, the amount includes the dues for the next year. Dues are non-refundable. To join the board, we will need the following printable forms:
Optional Key Lease
UCAR members use the Risco ReaderKEY and Box system. Boxes are purchased for $90. A ReaderKEY is leased for the following amount effective January 1st, 2008.
Having a key is optional, but most residential agents choose to have one. You can also wait to purchase one until you’re ready to use it.

If you no longer need your key, you may return it in good condition to us and receive your deposit back assuming your lease payments are current. We welcome credit cards or checks made payable to UCAR .
