Application for New Brokerage

 

Welcome to the Utah County Association of REALTORS ®. We value our Brokers participation in our Association and appreciate the communication you share with your agents.

We want you to understand a few things about the Association operations. Each broker is responsible for the dues and fees for all licensees in the office. This includes National, State, and Local Dues due by December 15 th each year. If your agents do not pay by the due date, penalties are assessed and the broker will be billed for the unpaid amounts. If the broker does not pay within 30 days after the due date, membership services for the entire office will be suspended until paid.

A wide variety of Member Benefits are available to member Brokers and their agent such as:

  • Risk Reduction Services: Standard Forms, Legal Hotline, Interface with the Division of Real Estate
  • Marketing Tools: Access to the WFRMLS, Product Discounts
  • Legal and Legislative Affairs: Lobbying efforts at the National, State, and Local Level
  • Information Resource; Regular communications via email, Web Pages, Print Newsletters, Statistical Reports.
  • Education and Training: Wide variety of education and training classes including Division of Real Estate Continuing Education and MLS Training. Most classes are free of charge to members.

  • Networking and social activities that help you build relationships with other REALTORS ® and affiliated companies.
  • Group Purchasing Discounts on a variety of products, including our Board Store
  • Access to the Resources of the National Association of REALTORS ®, Utah Association of REALTORS ®, and the Utah County Association of REALTORS ®

Please give special consideration to the Utah Association of REALTORS ® Housing Opportunity Fund. Brokers can establish interest bearing trust accounts at participating banks and the interest is used to support affordable housing initiatives in Utah County. We encourage you to be involved.
