There is no better way to network and help improve the real estate community than by actively serving! There are several committees that can fit any schedule. Please call the UCAR office to discuss what committee you would like to serve on so that you are notified of all the meetings scheduled. We'll welcome you input and participation.

	Affiliate Committee Chairperson: Steve Critchfield	Oversees the opportunity for networking with agents at functions and organizes the annual golf tournament.
	Awards Committee Chairperson: Dennis Murray Meetings: TBA once a year	Administers Excellence in Real Estate Awards and Rookie of the Year Award. Recommends other REALTOR ® recognition programs.
	Commercial Committee Chairperson: J. Paul Ogden Meetings: Every 3rd Thursday 9:00 a.m.	Participates in information exchange and specialized training for commercial agents.
	Community Involvement Chairperson: Jechelle Secretan	Plans community service projects, promotes REALTOR ® image and annual food drive.
	Government Affairs Chairperson: Scott Walters	Responsible to promote and protect private property rights by helping REALTOR ® friendly people get elected to office. Also provides information to elected officials to help them make wise decisions.
	Home Tour Chairperson:	Organizes property tours of current listings weekly.
	REALTOR Political Action Committee Chairperson: Mike Fisher & Jeff Montgomery	Helps educate and raise funds on the state and national level REALTOR ® Political Action Committee (RPAC).
	UARHOF Committee Chairperson: Chris Nichols .	Helps in the affordable housing area by raising funds that can be used for a variety of housing needs and projects. Works with brokers to help set up UARHOF interest bearing trust accounts on earnest money they hold.
