My name is Kimberlie Carter Kerswell, married to Mike for 21 years last June. I'm a local girl and graduated from Provo High. We have lived in Orem for about 18 years. We have 3 teenager boys. Clark is 17, he is currently playing for MV varsity Golf and Baseball teams, Buchanan (Buck) is 15, currently playing MV JV baseball, and Asa who is 14 and enjoying music, baseball, and scouting. I love to go to their games; this is the best time of my life!!!
Something unique about me in Real Estate is that I'm a third generation REALTOR®, working with a third generation contractor. New construction is my specialty, but I enjoy the resale market as well. I’m still trying to learn all aspects of Real Estate: commercial, property mgmt, land development etc...
I have an interest in my livelihood as a REALTOR®, (who knows, maybe a 4 th generation will come along) so naturally I gravitate to Real Estate issues and how they affect others and myself in the industry. I don't like surprises and issues that I have no control over, so I have chosen to get involved and do things like going to REALTOR® Day on the Hill. I try to do my part to stay educated, I love learning new things.
I have learned as a Board Member this year that we have leaders that are working hard to preserve our livelihood and have our membership's best interests at heart. I want to continue serving any way I can to help, serve and protect the quality of our membership at UCAR and be involved as a driving force in our industry.
