How To Get Update Code/ Contact Risco

To get a one day update code,

1. Dial 913-722-3212 or log onto www.riscolockbox.com
2. Enter the UCAR Board ID number which is: 8370
3. Enter the serial number of your key, which is located on the back of your key. (Exclude any leading zeros and start with the first number.)
4. Enter your pin number.

Note* --Sometimes if you enter the requirements too quickly, the telephone recording will not work properly. If you have followed the steps and the recording tells you to contact your board, try checking if you owe a lease payment on your key.
