1. If you would like to transfer brokerages, we will need the following document signed by your old broker and new borker.
If you are transfering boards, please mark transfer on it.
UCAR Membership Form If you are coming from another board, you should call them and request a dues waver for the Utah and/or National dues you have paid at their board to avoid repeat payment at the Utah County Board.
2. To transfer brokerages at the WFRMLS, please contact them or log onto their website www.wfrmls.com to complete the transfer.
3. To transfer with the Division of Real Estate, print the link below and fax or mail it to the Division.
Your readerKEY must be issued from the board you are currently a member. If you plan to transfer to a different board, you will need to return your key to your board before you join the UCAR one and are issued a new key.
Risco Lock Boxes
Lock boxes can be transfered to our board. You are welcome to buy lock boxes from other agents at your price. Bring a bill of sale with you to the UCAR office, and we will transfer the box into your name. The UCAR office will buy used boxes for $60 and sell them for $70.
