Leadership Development Committee

This committee will help to develop a strong pipeline of members with outstanding leadership skills who are willing and interested in serving in the REALTOR® organization. The skills developed will enhance our association and also help our members be more influential in their communities, and with other charitable and service organizations.

• Develop an outline for a leadership development training program.
• Encourage agents to apply for both the local UCAR Leadership Institute and for the LeadershipUAR program.
